As the founder of Dream Team Outsourcing, she has led hiring initiatives across the telecom, healthcare, and legal industries, including C-level placements for billion-dollar companies. With degrees in Psychology, Marketing, and Human Resource Management, Cassandra brings a rare balance of people insight and business strategy. Beyond recruitment, she is a global language assessor and co-owner of multiple businesses and restaurant chains in the Philippines, embodying her mission to elevate Filipino excellence on the world stage.
